C/C++/Compiler expert (m/f/d)

Do you like to work with software development tools and in particular with C/C++ and compilers?

Your tasks

For the usage of compilers for the development of safety-critical systems (e.g. control units in cars) and for the use of libraries in the software in control units, they must be specially tested and qualified (e.g. according to ISO 26262). For this purpose, we test various compilers and libraries and examine the code coverage of test suites.

You will develop compiler tests and execute them on the corresponding hardware and analyze the results. You will also instrument libraries for use with specific compilers, execute them and analyze the results.

You have the following knowledge

• Completed degree in computer science, electrical engineering or a comparable field of study
• Good knowledge in C or C ++
• Practical experience using various C and/or C++ compilers
• Experiences in the instrumentation of libraries
• Experience in other programming languages (such as Python …)
• Interest or experience in testing software and embedded systems
