System administrator (m/f/d) as a working student / intern


Your tasks

You are responsible for maintaining and optimizing our technical IT infrastructure and want to support us with the following:

Evaluation of an Azure AD based domain

  • Clarification of the requirements and development of concepts such as the integration of central Windows VMs and Client Windows Laptops, Management of privileged users to access Client Windows Laptops
  • Development of a prototype as a proof of concept
  • Documentation of the implementation and, optionally, implementation in practice

Establishment of a central monitoring environment for the existing IT landscape

  • Determination of the requirements & selection of a tool
  • Prototype implementation as proof of concept & implementation in the productive environment
  • Documentation of the monitoring solution

Creation of software packages for an existing solution for software distribution for Windows clients

  • Concept for the packaging of configuration data of the software to be distributed
  • Identification and prioritization of the software and settings to be packaged
  • Selection and implementation of a small selection as proof of concept, packaging according to priority

You have the following knowledge

  • Study or training in the field of computer science
  • Very good knowledge of developing scripts (bash, python, …)
  • Experience in Unix / Linux administration and Windows client administration
  • First experiences in dealing with hardware, networks
  • Interest in techniques such as Jenkins, SVN, GIT, Icinga2, Apache, Puppet, Chef, Docker, Vagrant, bug tracking systems, …


You have the following skills

  • Independent and methodical work
  • Quality awareness
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
